Return and Refund Policy
Refunds
The Products purchased from our store 'Toothfully yours' are subject to return and replacement or exchange only if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged or a wrong product. Replacement will be processed if you write to us within 48 business hours of receiving the product and share the proof of purchase and proof of damage either by dropping us an email at we.are@toothfullyyours.in or Whatsapp at +91 8591936977.
Once the due diligence is completed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund was initiated, please contact us at we.are@toothfullyyours.in.
Damages and Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by shipping new product immediately.
Cancellation Policy
Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team on email.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
